Links are so available.

When i first made my account i noticed the links were not available until you made a certain amount of posts, so i went to make a post and there it was, in the reply. The url for the link was just sitting there. I just dont want people to be able to just sign up and not post anything before they get the links they want. So yeah x) that's all i've got i guess.
