Import MIDI Files
Hi everyone!
I am entering a remix context and the files that we are to import into FL are MIDI files - how do I import these in to FL successfully? The download asks if you want to import them and when I say yes, it assigns them as patterns in the piano rolls but they don't play. I'm sure there is a proper way to do it - I just don't know how? Thank you!

RE: Import MIDI Files
Hello Maya...
The problem is the following. Whenever you load a MIDI file into FL Studio, it loads it using MIDI Channels, so.. If you don't have an external MIDI device (output) configured, it will not be played (unless you have it configured to play in the computer). So, try this: Load the MIDI file, right click on any channel, hit Replace and then select the VSTi you want to use. That should work. Let me know what is the outcome Take care!
