I think the ad's from in topics should be moved further down, like in this picture.

Where it is now, it gets in the way of topics. I know the report/email etc bar is removed in that pic because I did it by accident but it would be below that.

That way it won't be in the way. I'm sure google ad's has different options on where you want to place it anyways.
